2009 Photo and Video Contest
Dear Veteran Zippers,
Cypress Valley Canopy Tours is excited to announce our Best of CVCT Video Contest and Best of CVCT Photo Contest! Guidelines for both are below. The Grand prize winner of each contest will receive a free stay in the coveted treetop Lofthaven plus two tours for two! The top photos and videos will be featured on the main gallery of the website.
We have been blessed this year with great business and to meet your requests we will be extending our days of operation Tuesday through Sunday this fall.
As special thanks for your business you can bring a group of 5 or more any weekday during September and October and we will extend to you our group discount, usually reserved for groups of 20 or more. If you have been considering bringing friends or doing a team-building event with your work or organization, now is the time.
We plan to branch out a little bit from our typical Canopy tours this fall, and will be offering you opportunities to do the Night Zip, tree climbing course, and bird's eye view bird watching tour.

Contest Guidelines
Cypress Valley Canopy Tour's (CVCT) "Best Photo" and "Best Video" Contests aim to showcase the experience you had at Cypress Valley. The winner of the video contest and of the photo contest will receive one complimentary night in the Lofthaven tree house (excluding Friday and Saturday) and two Canopy Tours. Creativity, uniqueness, playfulness, and overall capturing of the Cypress Valley experience will all be the factors used in judging entries.
CVCT Best Video
When you're ready to submit your video, just follow the simple upload instructions included on YouTube. To submit a video, you must be a registered YouTube member. Registering is free and easy. You can submit videos through October 15, 2009. If you prefer, you can submit a video you have already uploaded to your YouTube account. In order to qualify for the contest, the video needs to have the phrase "Cypress Valley Canopy Tours" in the title and reference our website (http://www.cypressvalleycanopytours.com) in the information section of the video. Then, email or post a link on our Facebook page for official submission. There is no maximum running time or limitation to the amount of video submissions you make.
CVCT Best Photo
When you are ready to submit your photo, just follow the simple upload instructions included on Flickr. To submit a picture, you need a Yahoo account. Registering is free and easy. You can submit photos through October 15, 2009. In order to qualify for the contest, the photo needs to have the phrase "Cypress Valley Canopy Tours" in the title and reference our website (http://www.cypressvalleycanopytours.com) in the description section of the photo. If you prefer, you can submit a photo that you've already uploaded to your Flickr account. Then, email or post a link on our Facebook page for official submission. There is no limitation to the number of photo submissions you make.
